Returns and Refunds

At PongKart, we aim to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  3. Customized or clearance sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact our support team at sales@pongkart.com with your order details.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Process

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchange Policy

  1. PongKart does not offer an exchange policy. We encourage customers to review product specifications and details carefully before making a purchase.

Modification of Terms

PongKart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

What products are not eligible for refunds?

  1. If any product cover is opened then the product is not eligible for refund.
    If the Rubber/Blade plastic cover is removed and glued then the product is not eligible for refund.
  2. If the Rubber/Blade or any other product sealed cover is opened then that product is not eligible for refund.
  3. If a product is damaged while shipping, then it has to be intimated to PONGKART and shipped back immediately to PONGKART. If the damaged product is not sent back within 7 days of delivery then that product is not eligible for refund or replacement.
  4. If the order is placed for assembly, PONGKART representatives will send the pictures of the products purchased before assembling. Once the assembly is done then the product is not eligible for any kind of refund.
